Business & Community Partnerships

Bring your next event to people looking for something to do.

Publish it yourself, or send us the details and let a dedicated account manager handle your promotion.

One active partnership gives your business permission to share relevant posts across our Facebook-group network. Choose the groups that fit your location and audience, and follow each group’s rules.

Choose how much you want us to handle.

Both options include partner publishing tools, upgraded-member access, and network sharing permission while your partnership is active. Pro adds a dedicated person to do the publishing for you.

You post. We provide the platform.

Send the essentials

Give your account manager the date/time, title, description, and checkout links. Include your location, price, and an approved photo when available.

We prepare and publish

Your account manager prepares the website content and shares it through the relevant social channels. Tell us promptly if details change.

You welcome the customers

Answer event-specific questions, deliver a great experience, and tell us which promotions bring enquiries or sales.

After joining, contact us to get started with your account manager. Promotion follows our content and community rules; reach and sales vary by offer and audience.

Optional ticket processing for Pro partners

Want us to collect ticket payments for your event? Ask your account manager. This service requires our approval, manual activation, and a separate commission agreement. It is not included or automatically enabled with the monthly plan.

Payouts are made two weeks after the event, allowing time to review refunds, chargebacks, and other payment issues. Your commission and payout terms are agreed separately before ticket sales begin.

Choose the right communities

Use our network directory to find the groups relevant to your event and location. One active partnership covers sharing across our network.

Start with a simple checklist

Our Partner Success Guide walks you through your business identity, events, public feed posts, announcements, offers, and Facebook sharing.

When is a partnership required?

Promoting a business, another club, a class, or a branded social outing in our club communities requires an active partnership covering that organizer. This includes dance socials, language groups, fitness classes, dog-walking clubs, and externally organized hikes, even if admission is free or you attend yourself. Sharing an event or business when you will not be there also requires a partnership.

Genuine personal invitations remain welcome: organize an informal, unbranded hike or ask members to join you for wings at an established restaurant. You must attend, meet the group, and have no promotional arrangement. A physical venue, personal account, or the words “I am going” do not exempt promotion of another social organizer.

Partnerships make promotion transparent and help support the community you reach. Regular membership or VIP status does not replace a partnership. Partner posts must be relevant and reasonable, remain subject to review, and cannot promote prohibited activities.
